Refund Policy

At Delhi Institute of Communication and Analytics (DICA), we are committed to providing high-quality career transformation programs. Our refund terms are designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards.
1. Seven-Day Refund Window
If a student wishes to withdraw from the program, a refund may be requested within 7 days of the program start date, subject to the following conditions:
- The student must have attended no more than 2 live sessions from the program start date.
- The student must not have fully accessed the learning materials, recorded content, or proprietary resources.
The 7-day window begins on the official program start date, irrespective of when a student actually begins attending sessions.
2. Written Request Required
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official email at admissions@dicaedu.com. The request should include:
- Student full name and registered email
- Enrolled program name
- Reason for withdrawal
- Payment receipt or transaction reference
Verbal requests, social media messages, or third-party communications are not considered formal refund requests.
3. Non-Refundable After 7 Days
After the 7-day window expires, the program fee becomes non-refundable. This is to account for:
- Reservation of a seat in the cohort, which prevents enrollment of another candidate
- Access to learning materials, recorded sessions, and proprietary resources
- Allocated faculty time, mentor pairing, and program operational costs
4. Exceptional Cases & Management Discretion
In genuine, exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious medical conditions, family emergencies, or other unforeseen events that materially prevent participation), the management reserves the right to consider a partial refund or credit adjustment. Any such consideration will be at the sole discretion of DICA's management and will require supporting documentation.
Such cases are evaluated individually and are not a guaranteed entitlement.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 10 to 15 working days from the date of approval. Refunds are issued through the original payment method wherever possible. Bank or payment-gateway processing times may add additional delay beyond DICA's control.
