Program Overview

Built for people who already have a job — and want a better one.

Most analytics courses are written for full-time students. This one isn't. The Business Analytics + Data Analytics with Generative AI program is a 12-Month Career Program designed around the reality of a working professional: live sessions on weekends and evenings, recorded revision access, and assignments sized for people with a day job.

The curriculum is deliberately industry-oriented. You learn to sit between business stakeholders and delivery teams — running requirement workshops, writing BRDs and FRDs, mapping processes, validating data with SQL, and building the Power BI and Tableau dashboards that leadership actually reads. Agile delivery with Jira is taught the way it runs in a real sprint, not as a diagram in a slide deck.

Generative AI runs through every module. You'll use AI-powered learning and GenAI tooling to accelerate requirement documentation, summarise stakeholder interviews, draft user stories, and interrogate datasets — so you graduate with future-ready skills rather than a toolkit that was current three years ago.

After 9 months of learning you move into a 3-month industry internship on real client projects, under industry mentorship. That's the part that changes your résumé: not a certificate, but delivered work you can defend in an interview. Throughout, our placement team runs resume building, portfolio development, mock interviews and interview preparation, backed by 100% job assistance.

Learning Outcomes

What you can do by month twelve.

Concrete, demonstrable capabilities built through practical learning — the kind you can show in a portfolio and defend in an interview.

Run a discovery end to end

Plan and facilitate requirement workshops, elicit needs from difficult stakeholders, and produce a signed-off BRD and FRD without supervision.

Answer data questions yourself

Write production-quality SQL to validate, reconcile and interrogate business data — no waiting on an engineering ticket.

Build dashboards leaders use

Model data properly in Power BI and Tableau, write DAX that holds up, and design reporting that drives a decision rather than decorating a deck.

Deliver inside an Agile team

Own a backlog, write stories teams can estimate, run sprint ceremonies in Jira and report delivery honestly.

Work AI-augmented

Use GenAI to compress documentation, summarisation and exploration work — with the verification discipline to catch where it's wrong.

Interview with evidence

Walk a hiring manager through a real client project you delivered, with the artefacts, the trade-offs and the outcome.

Internship Details

3 months inside a real delivery team.

The final 3 months of the program are an industry internship on live client work — the difference between a certificate and a career.

Student Testimonials

Learners who made the switch.

Outcomes from recent cohorts — live projects, internships and offers.

I came in as a Java Full Stack Developer and transitioned into a Business Analyst role. By the internship phase I was writing BRDs and building dashboards for a real client. That portfolio sealed my offer.

The Power BI and SQL modules alone got me a Business Analyst interview at my first attempt. Cracked it in week three of placement support.

The weekend batch made this possible alongside a full-time job. The BRD practice, SQL assignments and dashboard reviews made me confident enough to explain insights in interviews.

What exactly is the 12-month structure?

The program is 9 months of learning + 3 months of industry internship = 12 months in total.

  • Months 1–9: live instructor-led classes, hands-on labs, industry case studies, live projects and your capstone project
  • Months 10–12: a full-time-equivalent industry internship on real client projects, under industry mentorship
  • Placement preparation runs from month seven and continues after the internship until you're placed
Can I do this while working full-time?

Yes — that's exactly what it's designed for. Live sessions run on weekends and weekday evenings, every class is recorded for revision, and assignments are sized for roughly 10–12 hours per week. The internship phase is structured to accommodate working professionals; discuss your schedule with a counsellor before enrolling.

Is the internship included in the fee?

Yes. The 3-month industry internship is included in the 12-Month Career Program at no additional cost. You work on real client projects and receive an Internship Certificate and Project Experience Letter on completion.

Do I need a coding background?

No. Business analysis is a non-coding tech role. You'll learn SQL and DAX, but both are taught from zero and used as analysis tools, not as software engineering. Every module starts from fundamentals.

What does 100% job assistance actually cover?

Resume building, LinkedIn and portfolio development, mock interviews across HR, aptitude and technical rounds, soft skills training to corporate training standards, hiring drive access, and referrals into our hiring partner network — including Technify, Infosys, LTIMindtree, EY, Capgemini, Grail Consultant, Intellicia and Thread Security. Support continues until you accept an offer.

What certifications will I receive?

A Professional Certification for the program, an Internship Certificate for the 3-month industry internship, and a Project Experience Letter covering your live client work. All are issued by DICA, the education brand of Ergebins Technologies Private Limited.

Are EMI or instalment options available?

Yes. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, Visa and Mastercard, and offer No Cost EMI on selected cards and partner lenders, subject to eligibility and approval. A counsellor will walk you through the fee structure and available plans.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded and available for revision. You also get access to doubt-solving sessions and mentor office hours to catch up on anything you missed.
